INTRODUCING UNIQUE HANDCRAFTED POTTERY OF SAFI, MOROCCO

SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA, July 1, 1996 - The Partner One Corporation now imports Moroccan handcrafted ceramics. The pots originate from Safi, on the Atlantic Ocean, a very talented city in ceramic production. Master potters original designs possess a repetitive set of traditionnal patterns which have long attracted customers from all over Europe. Partner One now offers these handcrafted works to retailers in USA.

The French founder of the company, Eric Desgranges, imports these creations which reflect Moorish style and are almost unknown in California. He says: "Some of our clients accurately recognize a similarity with a few productions from Mexico. This similarity allows store owners to enhance their Mexican oriented product lines".

Artistic value comes from the unequaled ability of craftsmen to match the vivid colors. Partner One cooperates with the best artists of "La Colline Des Potiers" in Safi. "None of this would be possible without our Moroccan partner, Lotfi Benkirane, who lives in Casablanca and always discovers the best pieces", admits Eric Desgranges, "He is the key and trusted partner who I've been working with for more than 6 years".

More inventory has been recently enriched to supply the increasing demand: more than 500 Moroccan creations are carried. Each store can represent its own product line.

Favorite items are the large plates and bowls with a price range of $28 to $54 retail, and the vases starting at $26 retail for a height of 10". Candlestick holders are offered for $14 retail, and impressive 20" butter pots are for $260 retail.
