Fill out a our contact form for a custom order: we'll email you a quotation and, upon your agreement, an order confirmation including the links for your payment.
Delivery time
Count approximately 5 weeks for a regular item and 6 weeks for a larger item.
Shipping
Whenever it is possible we use UPS or FedEx Ground. However, for oversized items, a freight carrier will handle the merchandise to your door. Carriers are not responsible for bringing the shipment inside your home. We insure the merchandise against any damage.
Payment
We accept credit card through PayPal, personal checks and money orders in U.S. funds. If your order is to be shipped with UPS or FedEx Ground, you can choose to pay C.O.D. for an extra $7.00. Otherwise all orders must be prepaid. We charge $25 for a returned check. Checks which have to be sent to collection will be subject to a $50 fee plus reasonable attorney's fee, in addition to the amount of the check.
Returns/Warranty
Returns are accepted within 90 days from the delivery date. You are responsible for the shipping charges and insurance back to our warehouse in San Diego, California. Note: As part as our commercial policy, we only charge you a portion of the real shipping cost. Expect to pay slightly more for the freight back.
