Take Hwy 94 East from I-805 in San Diego. This is a beautiful 45 minute drive through the mountains.
At the top of the mountain, 1/2mi after a turnout, take 188 for 2 miles to the border.
Once you have crossed the border (no formalities), make a right turn at the second traffic light, in front of the Bankomer bank -- A sign says: 'Tijuana 50km'. Follow this 4 lane road for 4.6 miles until you see a big sign for the freeway 'Tijuana Cuota'. Hemax is located on your left handside. If you pass the entrance to the freeway, you are about 1/4mi too far.
